Because all Alexa & Rosie items are handmade to order, processing times can take between 2–3 weeks, depending on how many orders are ahead of yours.

If your toy is ready-made and available to dispatch, please allow up to 3 business days for personalisation and packing.

Packaging

Every order is packaged in a gift box — ready to give to someone special (or to treat yourself!). This is a free service we provide to make your shopping experience extra special.

Delivery

• All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

• Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

• Flat rate: £4.50

 

Please note: the UK shipping zone includes the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, and the Isle of Man, but excludes the Channel Islands and British Overseas Territories.
