Are all items handmade?
Yes! Every toy is lovingly made by hand, which means each one is unique.

How long will my order take?
Handmade-to-order toys usually take 2–3 weeks to make before dispatch. Ready-made items are shipped within 3 business days.

How much is shipping?
UK shipping is a flat rate of £4.50 via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! All orders come in a gift box as standard — perfect for gifting.

What’s your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days if they’re unused and in original packaging. Please see our Refund Policy page for details.

Are there items I can’t return?
Yes — personalised items, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable.
