Refund & Returns Policy

 

30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items in our collection. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please email us at hello@alexaandrosie.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue quickly and make it right.

If you’re unsure about your item, please get in touch before ordering.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the original and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method.

Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
